Summit Home Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator to schedule Home Care visits for CHHAs. The role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication to match staff with clients and manage caregiver schedules.

Responsibilities
Review availability and location in order to match staff to appropriate clients
Find coverage for all time-off requests
Keep an ongoing log of all caregiver and client communication
Performs other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
previous experience working in a home care agency
motivated

Customer service and communication skills
proficient in computer skills
ability to operate multiple programs
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Excellent customer service skills
Good documentation skills
Be able to work in a face-paced office
Preferred
Experience in HHA exchange a plus
