Responsibilities
Move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished goods within the plant/warehouse using forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
Maintain records as required
Follow SOPs, quality guidelines, and established processes
Participate in a metrics-driven environment and meet productivity standards
Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, lifting, climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, pulling, pushing, and handling materials
Work in environments that may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibrations, extreme temperatures, and moderate to loud noise
Occasionally perform tasks at heights or around fumes/airborne particles
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
0–1 year warehouse or related experience
Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
General computer skills
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment
Must obtain/maintain appropriate certifications or licenses as needed
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred
Basic training in material handling, logistics, or operational processes
