Responsibilities

Support attorneys in all phases of plaintiff personal injury and auto litigation
Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and correspondence
Manage case files from pre‑suit through litigation
Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and insurance carriers
Review and organize medical records, bills, and damages documentation
Maintain litigation calendars and ensure all deadlines are met

Required

Minimum 3 years of plaintiff personal injury / auto litigation experience
