Kendo Holdings, Inc. is a San Francisco-based beauty brand developer and wholesaler owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton. They are seeking a Packaging Design Intern to support the Packaging Design team by developing innovative beauty and skincare packaging concepts and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Participate in the development of new packaging concepts from ideating moodboards to execution

Support the design process by creating mockups, refining existing concepts, and proposing new ideas

Conduct research on current packaging design trends and discover innovative materials, structure, and printing techniques

Observe consumer shopping behaviors related to beauty/skincare rituals, merchandising, online and in-store experiences

Assist in the creation and maintenance of packaging style guide by compiling a library of past projects

Required

Rising junior, senior, or 2026 graduate of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months

Curiosity, creativity, beauty and skincare passion is a must!

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator & Photoshop

Familiarity with MS Office Suite

Thrives in a fast-paced, often-changing, startup environment

Flexible and positive attitude; Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion is critical
