Responsibilities
Go-To-Market (GTM) Projects – Conduct research, prospect potential customers, map accounts, analyze data, and support business development initiatives
Sales Tools & Software – Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Pitchbook, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other key SDR tools
Professional Development – Participate in LinkedIn workshops, build your personal brand, and expand your professional network
Collaboration – Work closely with SDRs, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to understand Carta’s go-to-market strategy
Business Acumen – Attend weekly guest speaker sessions with industry leaders and explore different career paths within the company
Capstone Project – Complete a final reflection paper summarizing your experience and key takeaways
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated college students entering their junior year or beyond
Strong desire to succeed in sales
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and using new software
Able to grasp concepts and apply them effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated, self-starter, and ready to take initiative
