Senior Sales Representative - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

NetLaw is a tech-enabled estate planning platform serving wealth management firms. They are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) senior-level sales professional to build and expand relationships with financial professionals serving Spanish-speaking families.

Responsibilities

Build and expand relationships with RIAs, insurance agents, and financial professionals serving Spanish-speaking families
Deliver high-impact presentations to advisor groups, RIAs, FMOs, independent broker-dealers, and insurance agencies
Conduct live and virtual product demos, workshops, and training sessions in both English and Spanish
Educate advisors on integrating estate planning into their existing client workflows
Develop referral networks within Hispanic and Latino financial services communities
Partner with executive leadership on Spanish-market growth strategy and advisor adoption
Represent NetLaw at conferences, roadshows, and in-person advisor events
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems

Qualification

Sales experience in insuranceSales experience in financial servicesBilingual (English/Spanish)Presentation skillsRelationship buildingHigh ethical standardsDigital sales toolsSelf-motivated

Required

Native or near-native Spanish fluency (written and verbal)
Proven sales track record in insurance, financial services, or related fields
Strong presentation skills with ability to train and motivate agents
Self-motivated with excellent follow-up and closing discipline
Comfortable working remotely using digital sales tools
High ethical standards

Preferred

Direct experience selling to or working with RIAs, FMOs, independent broker-dealers, or advisory firms
Existing advisor relationships within Hispanic/Latino wealth or insurance markets
Background in estate planning, life insurance, annuities, or wealth-adjacent products
Experience leading advisor education, CE-style sessions, or practice-management training
Familiarity with insurance distribution models, including independent and network-based structures
