Assist clients through the case-closing and exit process
Deliver settlement checks and explain disbursements
Conduct client satisfaction outreach and gather feedback
Request and track online reviews across Google, Yelp, etc
Identify trends in feedback and alert leadership
Draft polished settlement summaries
Submit results to external verdict/settlement databases
Support PR with case information for media opportunities
Submit attorneys for awards, rankings, and recognitions
Maintain attorney profiles on platforms such as Avvo, Martindale-Hubbell, Super Lawyers, and Justia
Ensure all credentials, results, and achievements remain updated
Collaborate with attorneys, case managers, marketing, and PR
Maintain accurate records of reviews, submissions, and profile updates
Qualification
Required
Experience in Marketing or equivalent Associate's degree
Affable, personable, and professional
Highly organized and self-motivated
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong emotional intelligence and client-service mindset
Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy
Comfortable with online platforms (Google Reviews, Yelp, Avvo, etc.)
Reliable, accountable, and deadline-driven
