Temp Membership Data Entry Specialist

Shriners International is a fraternity based on fun, fellowship, and Masonic principles. They are seeking a Temp Membership Data Entry Specialist to assist the Office of Membership with various projects, including data entry, verification, and organization of member information.

Responsibilities

Conducting a Grand Lodge call campaign to curate a directory of current and potential future contact information

Marketing outreach to Temples for conferences

Making follow-up phone calls related to conference attendance

Communicating with various Shriners International departments to curate a calendar of external communications

Accurately input masonic organization’s information, including contact details; updated emails, phone numbers, addresses; term year(s); date of installation and potential comments into the specified database or spreadsheet

Accurately input communication with corresponding dates into Excel

Review and verify the accuracy of entered data to ensure data integrity

Organize and categorize data for easy analysis and reporting

Maintain organized records of all data entry tasks and completed work

Collaborate with team members to clarify any questions or issues that may arise during the data entry process

Communicate details of upcoming events via phone

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
