Responsibilities
Provide real‑time support to process servers by managing inbound phone calls, emails, and text communications
Ensure servers remain current with required service documents and proofs by offering timely guidance and updates
Assist with correcting documents, resolving proof-of-service issues, and troubleshooting application or system-related problems
Answer detailed questions related to service-of-process procedures and court rules, with a focus on Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in working with databases, data sources, and multiple software systems simultaneously
Working knowledge of the Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure related to service of process
Ability to make decisions based on court rules and service-of-process policies and procedures
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain procedural requirements
Patience, active listening skills, and the ability to recognize and respond to frustration effectively
Preferred
Previous experience as an Arizona process server or within a process service company preferred
