Responsibilities
Managing LAN/WAN/Wireless network devices. This includes the design, installation, upgrade, configuration, and troubleshooting of networks
Manage projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
Manage security solutions, including but not limited to firewall, anti-virus, URL filtering, MDM, and intrusion detection systems
Establish and maintain standard system\OS upgrades for network infrastructure
Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
Participate in on-call rotation including off-hours and weekends
Act as an escalation point for network issues from tier 1 and 2 support
Qualification
Required
At least five years of network administration experience in an enterprise environment
At least four years' experience working with network design, configuration and management, Cisco experience required
Must be an avid troubleshooter, team player and excellent communicator
Preferred
Healthcare experience preferred; long-term healthcare support experience is a plus
Experience with Cisco Call Manager a plus
Cisco CCNA certification, or recognized certification experience
