Responsibilities
You will own and manage the full accounting function, including:
General ledger, financial statements, and month‑end close
Payroll processing with 3rd party providers
Customer invoicing, billing, collections, A/P and A/R
Cash flow monitoring and funding balances
Monthly sales tax filings and tax compliance
Budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis
Revenue recognition and pricing support
Development and documentation of accounting policies and procedures
Financial insight and recommendations to support management decisions
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations
Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Qualification
Required
15+ years of accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Some general working knowledge of GAAP
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
