They are seeking a Document and Energy Content Analyst to support the Energy Division by performing complex analytical assignments, managing projects, and providing graphic design and editing support.

Responsibilities

Design and implement special projects at the direction of the Supervisor, Program Manager, and/or Director
Projects may include organizing Energy Division in-person events, developing internal communications and tracking systems, and coordinating staff input for staff reports and public-facing websites
Create visually engaging materials to support Energy Division communications, including infographics, charts, and layouts for reports, presentations, and web content
Provide administrative support for Energy Division analysis of written work products, including staff reports, legislative reports, budget change proposals, websites, and annual reports
Review content, coordinate with staff, and ensure deadlines are met for group projects
Develop and maintain data collection tools and reporting systems, including compliance tracking tools
Generate quarterly and annual reports for management review
Create new reporting systems to improve operational efficiency and assess their impact on Division operations
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters

Required

Eligibility for the classification
Experience managing projects requiring coordination with individuals across multiple organizations
Experience conducting independent research and analysis, and evaluating effectiveness of such analysis
Ability to create visually compelling designs and edit content for various formats (print, digital, social media)
Verification of qualifying education and experience during the recruitment and selection process
Completed STD 678 application form
Submission of a copy of transcript or diploma if using education to meet minimum qualifications
Completion of the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) addressing specified questions
All work experience, education, training and other information substantiating how you meet the minimum qualifications must be included on your application
Applications must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date
