Responsibilities

Support utility and energy infrastructure projects through early planning, development, and pre-construction phases
Coordinate project activities across utilities, legal, finance, procurement, and technical teams to maintain alignment with schedules and milestones
Track key project deliverables, decisions, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams
Serve as a central point of coordination for utility-related project activities and documentation
Manage controlled project documentation related to utility engagements, energy deals, and power generation scopes
Coordinate submission and tracking of NDAs, exclusivity agreements, Statements of Work, and early-stage commercial contracts
Monitor approval workflows, follow up on reviews, and ensure timely resolution of comments and approvals
Ensure all project documentation is current, approved, properly versioned, and aligned with internal governance standards
Support project governance by submitting and tracking financial approval requests aligned with internal investment milestones
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement to initiate and track Purchase Orders (POs) and funding authorizations
Maintain accurate records of approvals, budgets, and contractual commitments to support project decision-making
Maintain structured project logs, trackers, and dashboards to support leadership and client reporting
Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across project records
Provide clear visibility into project status, approvals, risks, and upcoming milestones
Coordinate project meetings with internal teams, utilities, legal counsel, and external partners
Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and track action items through to resolution
Facilitate communication across stakeholders to support efficient decision-making and issue resolution

Required

Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Authorized to work in the United States
2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, or project management within utilities, energy, power generation, or infrastructure environments
Working knowledge of utility processes, energy infrastructure projects, and power generation concepts
Experience coordinating contracts, NDAs, Statements of Work, and legal or commercial review processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project workflows, deadlines, and stakeholders
Strong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and technical teams

Preferred

Experience supporting early-stage utility or energy infrastructure development projects
Exposure to project governance, investment approvals, or capital project controls
Familiarity with utility interconnection processes, energy procurement, or power development timelines
Prior experience in a formal project controls, PMO, or governance role
