Digital and Social Media Marketing Manager
Blades Direct is seeking a hands-on Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager to own and scale their online presence and brand voice across all platforms. The role involves managing social media, digital campaigns, content strategy, Google Ads, and analytics to drive engagement and revenue.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across social, web, email, and paid channels
Build and manage integrated campaigns aligned with sales goals, product launches, trade shows, and promotions
Optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital channels
Own all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.)
Create, schedule, publish, and optimize high-quality content (video, image, written)
Develop platform-specific strategies (organic + paid) focused on reach, engagement, and conversions
Stay ahead of trends, algorithms, and content formats—especially short-form video
Actively engage with followers, comments, DMs, and brand mentions
Own the brand voice and tone across all digital channels
Collaborate with leadership, sales, and product teams to create compelling content
Oversee creative assets including graphics, reels, ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
Repurpose long-form content into high-impact micro-content
Collaborate on strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube)
Conduct keyword research and build scalable campaign structures aligned with revenue and lead-generation goals
Write and test high-converting ad copy, extensions, and creatives
Manage budgets, bids, Quality Scores, and cost-per-lead (CPL) to maximize ROI
Optimize landing pages and conversion paths in coordination with web and e-commerce teams
Track, analyze, and report performance using Google Ads, GA4, and CRM data
Continuously test and refine keywords, audiences, creatives, and offers
Track KPIs including engagement, traffic, conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and ROI
Build clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports
Use data to make decisions—not guesses
Continuously test, iterate, and improve performance
Work closely with Sales, E-commerce, Customer Service, and Leadership
Support trade shows, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
Align digital messaging with real-world sales activity and customer feedback
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing
Proven track record of growing social channels and driving measurable results
Experience managing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns with measurable ROI
Strong understanding of content strategy, paid media fundamentals, and analytics
Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager, Shopify, CRM tools, and scheduling platforms
Comfortable on camera or directing on-camera content
Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, fast-moving, and execution-focused
