The role involves responding to HR-related inquiries, managing data in HR systems, and maintaining confidentiality while providing customer support.

Responsibilities
Respond to HR-related inquiries via the HR Service Center via email, phone, internal app, and in person
Input and manage high volume of data in SAP and other HR systems
Responsible for handling/maintaining confidential information
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technical tasks
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills and ability to manage conflict
Comfortable working in a customer support center environment and speaking on the phone regularly
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Provide support in a service-oriented customer support center
Handle sensitive employee interactions with professionalism and empathy
Maintain a customer-focused approach and a willingness to help others
Respond to HR-related inquiries via the HR Service Center via email, phone, internal app, and in person
Input and manage high volume of data in SAP and other HR systems
Responsible for handling/maintaining confidential information
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technical tasks
Preferred
Experience with SAP
Experience completing I-9/e-verifies
Experience working in a customer support center environment
Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred
