Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications to support Michigan Bridges and MiConnect initiatives
Support new feature development and comprehensive system enhancements
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions
Qualification
Required
Mid-level Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience and the ability to work independently
Strong hands-on experience developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL
Proven ability to take ownership of new development work from requirements through implementation
Experience supporting system enhancements and iterative improvements in existing Salesforce environments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with minimal supervision and supporting a state or public-sector project
