Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the department’s master project schedule across multiple systems for $50MM+ projects
Organize and coordinate departmental activities involving 50+ team members, consultants, and systems integrators
Ensure schedules are accurate, current, and adjusted to reflect scope changes, risks, and unexpected impacts
Route work to appropriate resources based on availability, priorities, and project needs
Serve as a liaison between the department and key internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and deliver large-scale executive presentations providing updates on master schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
Support leadership with clear, data-driven insights to aid decision-making

Required

5–10 years of experience in Project Management and Scheduling, preferably on large, complex programs
Proven experience managing and maintaining enterprise-level master schedules
Strong coordination experience across large, matrixed teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Experience working with multiple scheduling and project management systems
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Must be US Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident

Preferred

Experience supporting executive-level reporting and presentations
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
