Responsibilities

Use specialized test equipment to evaluate electronic products, identifying issues down to the component and sub-assembly level with precision
Analyze schematics, drawings, and specifications to set up and perform tests, ensuring products meet rigorous standards
Share your expertise by cross-training and mentoring other technicians, while providing technical guidance to assemblers
Recommend process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Provide clear written and oral feedback on test results, troubleshooting efforts, and quality observations
Keep your workstation and tools organized, comply with safety regulations, and engage in a self-directed teaming environment

Required

A 2-year degree in Electronics or related field, Certified Electronics Program (18 months), or a 4-year degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (EET) or related field
Depending on your education, 1-3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent knowledge
Proficiency in troubleshooting to the component level
Interpreting schematics
Using tools like voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and Hi-Pot meters
Basic computer skills
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing and self-directed teaming environments
Lean manufacturing knowledge
Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards
