Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self
Apply management science techniques to optimize department service delivery workflows
Optimize workflows to detect synergistic opportunities across Agile software development teams. Utilize AI to detect interdependence based on intake, requirements and Agile scrum updates
Operationalize management science (concepts like Queueing Theory for intake lines, Network Analysis for team dependencies) to detect risks to prioritization or delivery
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of college preparation towards major
Currently enrolled in a College degree program in one of the following degree programs; Business Administration (BBA) or Management Science
PC and Microsoft Office Skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with others
Quick learner with attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and solid organizational skills
Needs to be resourceful, innovative and persuasive with ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
