Responsibilities
Password resets
Microsoft Office Repair
Manage/troubleshoot Outlook plugins/add-ins that may stop working or become disabled by Outlook
Troubleshoot mail sync issues (emails not syncing, sent messages being stuck in outbox, etc.)
Resolve sound input/output related issues with connected audio devices, specifically Bluetooth devices that executives use connecting to conference room using laptop or mobile device
Re-enabling plugins/COM add-ins that may stop working unexpectedly
Printer re-installation if Windows has issues detecting printer
Toner replacement
Resolving paper jams
Logging into scanner through TCP/IP to add and remove contacts from address book
Troubleshooting monitors that may disconnect on occasion
Laptop troubleshooting (software issues)
Testing conference room equipment daily
Assisting visitors with any issues connecting to our network or conference room
Assisting with any issues with connected devices (peripherals; mouse, keyboard, etc.)
Connecting devices to Wi-Fi or visitors and guests
Reconnecting devices that may lose Wi-Fi access on occasion
Restarting modem if constant network slowdown occurs
Batteries for wireless mouse & keyboards
Mousepads

Hours Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm
Onsite - Norwalk, CT
Microsoft Account Support - Password resets
Microsoft Office Troubleshooting - Microsoft Office Repair
