The Quality Assurance Intern is responsible for assisting the team in day-to-day QA/QC activities and leading an individual project to be presented to leadership at the end of the summer.

Responsibilities
Performs inspections of bulk product, work-in-process, and finished goods manufactured by international suppliers to assess physical attributes (color, odor, appearance, texture) and compliance to standards
Performs quality testing to evaluate formula and packaging performance. Documents results in test reports. Communicates conclusions to cross-functional teams
Executes systems to organize product retains and quality records as required for regulatory compliance
Assists Quality Assurance in complaint investigations
Owns and presents an individual project at the conclusion of the internship
Performs ad-hoc projects to support the team
Qualification
Required
Rising junior, senior, or 2026 graduate of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. (chemistry, life sciences, or related)
Passionate about cosmetics and skin care
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task with excellent follow-through and task completion is critical
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Optimistic and can-do attitude to help push for resolutions
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Creative problem solving and analytical skills; able to work independently to produce quality results
