Earthjustice is the nation's leading environmental law organization, and they are seeking a summer 2026 intern for their Internal Events team. The intern will support the planning of a multi-day Litigation Training Conference by coordinating with vendors, managing logistics, and assisting with event activities.

Responsibilities

Support design and logistics of various in-person and hybrid activities, including networking, giving-back and fundraising, wellness, and recreational activities, collecting presentation materials from speakers, answering event attendees’ questions, tracking inventory and expenses, and scheduling volunteers
Identify and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, DJ for karaoke, massage therapists or other wellness vendors, the venue, etc
Draft communications, such as information about wellness programs, accessibility details, in-app notifications, and more

Required

Currently enrolled in a college/university program (i.e., must have been an undergraduate student during spring 2026 and will be an undergraduate student in fall 2026)
Working knowledge of online research and MS Office programs
Strong attention to detail
Great interpersonal skills – strong written and verbal communication skills, good listener, and able to troubleshoot issues
Enjoys learning and working in team settings
