Associate Director, Customer Success

As the Associate Director of Customer Success, you will ensure program success through strong project management, clear communication, and operational execution, supporting strategic initiatives and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Track program timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring all teams remain aligned and informed
You will proactively manage dependencies and follow-ups to keep initiatives moving forward
Develop polished client-facing materials, including presentations, Excel tables, dashboards, and visuals
Support client discussions by translating data into clear, actionable insights
Maintain accurate, up-to-date program scorecards and dashboards
You will provide regular reporting updates to internal stakeholders and clients
Act as a liaison between Operations, Strategic Solutions, and Strategic Partnerships
Help surface issues early and support resolution through clear communication
You will support the Director of Customer Success with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and execution of strategic initiatives
Operationalize plans to ensure alignment between strategy and delivery
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management, customer success, or a related role within healthcare or life sciences
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience building client-ready materials
Experience working with dashboards, scorecards, or reporting tools
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience supporting enterprise or complex healthcare programs
Familiarity with data visualization or reporting platforms
Experience working in a cross-functional, client-facing environment
