Technical Recruiter
RedCloud Consulting is a boutique Management Consulting firm based in Bellevue, WA, seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their recruiting team. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process for technical candidates, ensuring a strong recruitment pipeline to meet client demands.

Responsibilities
Actively seek to understand our client engagements and open roles
Source, screen and evaluate candidates using established company criteria
Efficient and effective use of search tools (ATS, LinkedIn, and other tools)
Facilitate interviewing, hiring and negotiation of job offer in collaboration with our business development team
Represent Redcloud in an accurate and compelling way
Serve as advocate for candidates to create an excellent recruitment and onboarding experience
Keep candidate informed of their status and place in the process
Summarize and present candidate highlights
Maintain an active relationship and presence with employees and alumni
Develop and run campaigns to actively seek candidate referrals from existing employees
Maintain strong candidate/evergreen pipeline
Facilitate project renewals and employee transfers between roles
Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
Maintain and update candidate Applicant Tracking System database
Create/Maintain and utilize templates (job ads, screening questionnaire, reference check, etc.)
Create recruiting marketing collateral, event hosting or joining event opportunities
Create and document processes, improving when possible
Develop tools, metrics and reports to on recruiting performance, identify areas of improvement
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated record of recruiting IT professionals in a growing fast-paced environment
All the skills necessary to provide RedCloud candidates, employees and alumni an outstanding recruiting experience
Excellent organizational skills, including effective time management and timely follow up
Strong written and verbal skills; clear, compelling, professional
Ability to effectively assess candidates against established job criteria
Ability to work independently and within a team
Disciplined at thorough applicant tracking and using Applicant Tracking Systems
Be equal parts independently motivated and team player with a growth mindset
3 years as a technical recruiter within the professional services/staffing industry
Demonstrated knowledge and application of best in class recruiting processes
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience
Existing relationships with local professionals in the industry is a plus
