Responsibilities
Familiarity with the unique demands of contingent labor—short lead times, compliance, rapid onboarding, and offboarding
Understanding of environments like warehousing, logistics, production, assembly, food processing, or distribution
Build talent pipelines for repeat client needs
Interpret job descriptions and translate them into targeted recruiting campaigns
Build talent pipelines for repeat client needs
Manage client expectations, conduct intake calls, present candidates, and negotiate terms
Comfortable having difficult conversations with clients and candidates, and identifying red flag candidates to remove from consideration
Experience using various job boards and tools, including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, resume databases, LinkedIn, and community-based recruiting (e.g., job fairs, referrals)
Hands-on experience using tools like Bullhorn, JobDiva, Avionté, or similar for candidate tracking and client communication
Exceed minimum KPI requirements
Boolean search expertise
KPI-driven mindset (submittals per day, time-to-fill, interview-to-hire ratios)
Strong phone presence and interviewing skills
Ability to build rapport quickly with both clients and candidates
Empathetic but firm communication style—essential for speaking with industrial workers
Skilled in handling walk-ins and open-house style recruiting events
Hyper-organized with calendar, tasks, and follow-ups
Ability to multitask across multiple clients, job orders, and locations
Comfortable working in urgent, high-pressure environments
Experience reducing no-shows and early attention
Qualification
Required
1 year of high-volume recruiting experience
Proven experience managing 20 open roles at once across multiple clients and job levels
