CornerStone Staffing is seeking a Senior Accountant for a global, multi-entity corporate organization in the Addison, TX area. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for key month-end close activities, preparing financial reconciliations and journal entries, and supporting ERP and reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual close

Perform and maintain balance sheet reconciliations (cash, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, payroll and commission accruals, insurance, rebates, and property-related accounts)

Ensure all accounting activities are performed in compliance with US GAAP

Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit requests

Support ERP initiatives, including system enhancements, conversions, and process improvements

Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for external tax providers

Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on financial reporting and ad hoc projects

Qualification

Active CPA licenseUS GAAP knowledgeERP system experienceAdvanced Excel skillsGlobal accounting exposureBachelor’s degree in Accounting5+ years accounting experienceMonth-end close experienceERP implementation experience

Required

Active CPA license (required)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate and/or public accounting environments

2+ years of hands-on experience supporting month-end close in a multi-entity environment

2+ years of experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar)

Global or international accounting exposure (required)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

Preferred

ERP implementation or system conversion experience (highly preferred)
