Responsibilities
Review all final sales documentation with new owners, including contracts, fees, and financing options
Verify the validity of purchases and confirm accuracy with customers
Obtain all required signatures and ensure proper documentation for internal compliance
Follow up with customers on missed payments or documentation issues
Maintain accurate logs of all interactions and updates in the Sales System
Participate in ongoing customer service and compliance training
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of timeshare products, legal documents, escrow procedures, and basic sales techniques
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and in-house software systems
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
Preferred
Prior timeshare experience
Bilingual in English/Spanish
