This leader will own the full business P&L for a complex manufacturing environment and serve as a strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities
Own and manage full P&L for a manufacturing business unit
Lead cost accounting, cost estimating, and margin analysis
Build and maintain standard costing and variance reporting
Partner with Operations to analyze labor efficiency, machine utilization, and production cost drivers
Develop forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning models
Translate financial data into actionable operational insights
Leverage ERP/MRP systems to extract and analyze performance data
Support leadership in strategic planning and growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years in manufacturing finance (aerospace strongly preferred)
Deep cost accounting and cost estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP systems
Strong operational and business partnering background
Track record of driving margin improvement and cost transparency
Strategic and execution-focused
Comfortable operating at enterprise scale
Capable of stepping into a VP-level role within 2–3 years
Strong communicator with executive presence
