Support the agent in all aspects of daily office operations
Answer phones and manage roll calls
Maintain and manage complex agent and client calendars
Schedule auditions, callbacks, bookings, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate with managers, comedy clubs, and promoters on travel logistics
Handle multiple priorities efficiently while adapting quickly to changing needs
