Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management activities across pharmaceutical, automation, and software-focused initiatives
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones using Jira and MS Project
Facilitate project planning sessions, sprint planning, risk assessments, and resource allocation activities
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; provide regular status updates and executive-level reports
Support and drive the migration from existing Kanban workflows to Jira, ensuring adoption of Agile best practices
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Automation, QA, Manufacturing, and Regulatory
Integrate automation initiatives into overall project workflows while maintaining alignment with business goals
Ensure all project activities comply with corporate policies, GMP requirements, and industry regulations
Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, regulated environment
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager within pharmaceutical, automation, and/or software development environments
Strong hands-on experience with Jira and MS Project
Solid understanding of Agile, Kanban, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience supporting or leading Jira implementations or migrations is highly preferred
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing project requirements
Preferred
Experience integrating automation systems into project execution frameworks
Familiarity with GxP / GMP-regulated environments
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP
