Responsibilities
Responsible for managing large program of senior personnel (local and remote)
Program Manager responsibilities will include tracking weekly financial status, monitoring schedule and resources, monitoring subcontractor support, reviewing deliverable products
Oversee daily activities of staff personnel, coordinate activities with Government personnel, and attend meetings as required
Support all Human Resource activities related to recruiting, retaining, reviewing, rewarding, and terminating personnel
Ensure Quality Control and Supply Chain Management activities and controls are in place and functioning correctly
Support Business Development activities
Qualification
Required
7+ yrs. recent Navy C4I(S) or other relevant program experience
Experience supporting communication projects preferred, including Equipment Support, System Support, Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, and Budget Planning
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree
This position is required to have and maintain a Secret US DoD security clearance
Preferred
PMP and/or DAWIA certification
