Configure and implement SAP FSM (CoreSystems) web & mobile applications
Work on Field Service & Customer Service business processes
Lead FSM configurations like:
Resource Planning
Technician Skills
Time & Material approval
Smartforms
Crowd Service & Customer Self-Service
Work with FSM Analytics, Reports, and Master Data
Integrate SAP FSM with:
SAP S/4HANA / ECC
Plant Maintenance (PM)
SD, MM, Inventory, Logistics
Participate in client discussions, demos, and presentations
Lead small to medium SAP FSM implementation projects
Qualification
Required
9+ years overall SAP / IT experience
3+ years SAP FSM / CoreSystems implementation experience
2+ years working with SAP S/4HANA or C/4HANA
Strong knowledge of Scheduling & Dispatch in FSM
Integration experience using SAP CPI, REST / APIs
Good communication & leadership skills
