Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities
Leading cross-functional initiatives that translate customer needs, market insights, and strategic priorities into a clear product road map across the portfolio
Partnering with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to execute multi‑year global product development projects
Managing the full product lifecycle — monitoring quality, optimizing performance, and identifying opportunities to streamline or improve existing products
Guiding go‑to‑market efforts by supporting sales, delivering product training, preparing presentations, and enhancing portfolio value propositions
Synthesizing input from customer vertical markets, sales teams, and key stakeholders to align unique needs into unified product strategies
Driving strategic initiatives in areas such as sustainability, ergonomic research, new business models, or portfolio‑level projects that elevate the seating business
Acting as the subject matter expert for core seating products, ensuring deep understanding of product performance, materials, manufacturing, and customer experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR equivalent demonstrated corporate experience in a relevant business environment
5-8 years of experience working in a corporate setting, ideally within product management, operations, supply chain, project management, strategy, or another cross‑functional role
Experience contributing to or leading aspects of large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives (e.g., product launches, plant moves, operational projects, strategic projects, reorganizations)
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, build coalitions, and navigate matrixed environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across disciplines and partners
Critical thinking and analytical capability to evaluate product decisions, market needs, and business opportunities
Comfort operating with high autonomy — proactively defining direction, rationale, and next steps
Experience with physical product management, durable goods, and product lifecycle management (preferred but not required)
Ability to synthesize input from diverse stakeholders and translate broad insights into clear product strategy
Empathy for customers, sales partners, and cross‑functional teams — with the ability to consider perspectives beyond your own
