Guide families with care: Lead thoughtful advance planning conversations that help people feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions
Create meaningful connection: Bring presence, professionalism, and empathy to every interaction, building trust with families, funeral home teams, and the community
Work within a supportive system: Rely on shared lead sources, meaningful onboarding, marketing support, and clear processes that allow you to focus on service, not logistics
Grow with purpose: Develop your skills through coaching, licensure, and hands-on experience, with the opportunity to grow into future leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
1-3 years' experience required
Exceptional project management skills with a proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills and comfortability working within a cross-functional space with multiple stakeholders
A passion for and comfortability with learning new systems and platforms quickly
