Responsibilities
Architect and lead end-to-end UiPath automation solutions (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots)
Define automation standards, reusable components, and best practices
Review code and mentor UiPath developers
Implement UiPath GenAI features, including:
AI Center integrations
Document Understanding with GenAI
Autopilot / GenAI-powered activities
AI prompts and context-aware automations
Integrate UiPath workflows with LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar)
Design AI-driven use cases such as:
Intelligent document processing
Data summarization and classification
Human-in-the-loop AI workflows
Decision support automation
Integrate UiPath with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, cloud platforms)
Collaborate with cloud teams (Azure/AWS/GCP) for secure deployments
Ensure scalability, observability, and error handling in production environments
Embed AI governance, auditability, and compliance controls into automation design
Ensure solutions meet healthcare and public-sector compliance expectations (HIPAA, data privacy, etc.)
Partner with Fushiaa’s AI governance team on responsible AI implementations
Act as technical lead on client engagements
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in architecture reviews, demos, and stakeholder discussions
Qualification
Required
8+ years in automation or software engineering roles
5+ years of hands-on UiPath development
Proven experience as a UiPath Technical Lead or Solution Architect
Strong hands-on experience with UiPath GenAI features
Experience integrating UiPath with LLMs / Generative AI services
Strong understanding of Document Understanding and AI Center
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare, finance, public sector)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Authorized to work in the United States (US only)
Preferred
UiPath Advanced or Solution Architect certification
Experience with Azure OpenAI or enterprise GenAI platforms
Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, or responsible AI frameworks
Experience building reusable automation accelerators
Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
