Research Track Associate Professor in Neurotechnology
The University of Florida's Department of Neuroscience is seeking a Research Track Associate Professor in Neurotechnology. The successful candidate will conduct independent research, develop a funded program, and contribute to teaching and mentoring graduate students in a collaborative academic environment.

Qualification
Required
MD or MD/PhD in Neuroscience or a related field, with a focus on neuromodulation or invasive neurotechnology
Proven track record of conducting both independent and collaborative science, including a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals within the field
Innovative scientific approaches, a commitment to develop an extramurally funded research program
A commitment to advancing the field of neuroscience with a focus on clinical applications and translational research
Preferred
Successful applicants will have demonstrated excellence in research productivity and evidence of, or potential for, extramural funding
Integration of machine learning/AI approaches in research program
