Answer inbound calls about child support receipts and disbursements
Handle trust fund and county line inquiries
Manage high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
Navigate multiple systems while documenting each interaction
Respond to Wisconsin child support questions using scripts and procedures
Research issues, resolve concerns, and gather accurate information
Inform callers about available services and assess their needs
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of call center experience required
Typing speed of 35 WPM
Preferred
1+ year of high-volume customer service experience preferred
Strong attendance and punctuality
Calm, professional conflict-resolution skills
Clear and concise communication style
Organized approach to problem-solving
