Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and support Siebel CRM environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Production)
Perform L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
Monitor Siebel application performance and ensure high availability and stability
Manage Siebel components, server configuration, and environment health checks
Support Siebel deployments, upgrades, patches, and releases
Work with application, infrastructure, and database teams to resolve system issues
Perform user administration, access control, and security configuration
Support batch jobs, workflows, and integrations associated with Siebel applications
Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management using ServiceNow
Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation
Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience as a Siebel Administrator / Siebel Production Support Engineer
Strong hands-on experience with Siebel CRM administration
Experience supporting enterprise production environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers
Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Windows environments
Knowledge of Siebel architecture, components, and server management
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Experience working in banking or financial services environments
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH
