They are seeking a hands-on Social Media & Communications Coordinator to manage social presence, drive engagement, and enhance brand storytelling across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Manage the social presence for Spring Step Shoes across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Execute platform‑specific strategies rooted in storytelling, comfort, craftsmanship, fit, and everyday lifestyle
Create, shoot, edit, and publish high‑quality photo and video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, lifestyle, product, and in‑store content)
Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and actively grow brand community
Create product‑forward content designed to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion
Leverage shoppable posts, product tagging, short‑form video, and platform commerce tools
Partner closely with Ecommerce to align content with promotions, launches, and key selling periods
Identify repeatable content formats that influence add‑to‑cart and purchase behavior
Identify, source, and manage creators and influencers who authentically resonate with the Spring Step Shoes customer (with a strong connection to younger, style‑forward audiences while remaining authentic to our comfort‑driven customer)
Manage gifting programs, briefs, timelines, usage rights, and content approvals
Negotiate partnerships, paid collaborations, and longer‑term ambassador relationships
Track performance to identify high‑ROI creators and refine partnership strategy
Communicate brand voice and storytelling for Spring Step Shoes across social and digital touchpoints
Support key announcements, launches, collaborations, and seasonal brand narratives
Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual standards across all content
Capture content at photoshoots, in‑store moments, launches, events, and trade shows
Produce behind‑the‑scenes content, recap videos, and highlight reels
Support Marketing and Ecommerce with social‑first visuals for campaigns, email, ads, and website use
Maintain an organized and searchable content library
Track KPIs across engagement, growth, content performance, influencer results, and social commerce
Build clear monthly performance summaries with insights and recommendations
Use data to guide creative direction, creator strategy, and content optimization
Stay ahead of platform trends, content formats, and audience behavior
Qualification
Required
Strong eye for fashion, color, styling, materials, and visual storytelling
Ability to connect authentically with a younger, style‑conscious audience while respecting the brand's comfort and craftsmanship roots
Proven ability to shoot and edit high‑quality photo and video content
Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar
Comfortable producing both fast‑moving content and polished brand assets
Confidence negotiating collaborations and evaluating performance
Strong copywriting skills across captions, campaigns, and brand messaging
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once
Comfortable partnering with Ecommerce, Creative, Marketing, and Leadership
Proactive, accountable, and execution‑focused
Fully onsite role — no hybrid or remote
Preferred
2+ years managing social for consumer brands (fashion, footwear, or lifestyle preferred)
Experience sourcing and managing influencer and creator relationships
Understanding of creator‑led growth, brand ambassadors, and social proof
