Draft pleadings, draft and respond to written discovery, conduct depositions, client communications, and prepare case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
Qualification
Required
Licensed in Illinois
3 or more years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Prior trial experience
Strong communication skills
Solid analytical & writing skills
Ability to work well on a team
Preferred
Background drafting pleadings
Drafting and responding to written discovery
Conducting depositions
Client communications
Preparing case evaluations on liability, damages, and recommended course of action
