Benefits Operations Analyst
Cenergy International is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Benefits Operations Analyst to join their Human Resources team. This role plays a critical part in managing and optimizing employee benefits programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting HR operations through data analysis and system administration.

Responsibilities
Administer and manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
Oversee benefits enrollment and life event changes using HRIS platforms such as Workday, ADP, UltiPro, Paylocity, or Lawson
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, COBRA, workers’ compensation, and other federal and state regulations related to benefits administration
Conduct data collection, audits, and analysis to support reporting, regulatory filings, and internal compliance reviews
Partner with benefits vendors and internal stakeholders on plan administration, renewals, and issue resolution
Support employee onboarding and orientation by presenting benefits information and responding to employee inquiries
Maintain accurate records related to leave of absence programs, workers’ compensation, and other benefits-related documentation
Assist with HRIS maintenance, data validation, and system updates across platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or Kronos
Prepare reports for regulatory and compliance requirements, including Medicare-related reporting and other statutory obligations
Support HR operations projects focused on process improvements, system enhancements, and data integrity initiatives
Monitor and maintain data accuracy across HRIS and benefits systems
Stay current on employment and labor law updates that impact benefits administration
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related human resources role
Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, UltiPro, Paylocity, or similar systems
Strong knowledge of FMLA, workers' compensation, HIPAA, ACA, and general employment law compliance related to benefits
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support employees and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting vendor relationships and benefits plan administration
Preferred
Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, including Medicare-related compliance, is a plus
Experience with additional systems such as Salesforce, Kronos, or Ceridian is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP, CEBS, etc.) are a plus
