In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and provide customer service while ensuring safety and security at chemical and petrochemical locations.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as required
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, production areas, storage zones and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location
Control access for employees, contractors and visitors by verifying identification, managing entry credentials and directing individuals to the appropriate check-in process
Monitor alarms, cameras and fire and/or chemical detection notifications when assigned, document observations and complete required reports and logs
Qualification
Required
A TSA issued TWIC is required
Be 21+ years of age
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
