Coordinate and dispatch delivery drivers for efficient order fulfillment
Monitor and manage the delivery schedule to ensure timely deliveries to customers
Communicate with drivers to provide directions and address any issues during deliveries
Assist in managing inventory and product availability for efficient order processing
Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age and identification requirements
Provide excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and resolving issues
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
Ensure adherence to all state and local regulations related to cannabis delivery operations
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of local geography and navigation tools
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with cannabis products and local cannabis regulations is a plus
