Responsibilities
Managing assigned mitigation projects from start to finish
Assessing damage
Preparing estimates
Coordinating restoration efforts
Ensuring timely project completion
Communicating with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members to deliver exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and compliance with industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Project management and time management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Proficiency with damage assessment, estimation software, and report preparation for restoration projects
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Knowledge of industry regulations, building codes, OSHA standards, and EPA guidelines
Ability to lead and collaborate with teams effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and related project management software
Willingness to work on-site and accommodate flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends for emergency response
Preferred
Experience in property damage restoration
