Responsibilities
Oversee SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams infrastructure, including setup, security, and maintenance
Manage user access, site collection creation, group management, and permission levels for sites, lists, and content
Act as a primary contact for issues, troubleshoot user problems, develop SOPs, and provide end-user training and guidance
Configure and manage Teams, OneDrive, document libraries, lists, workflows, and integration with other M365 apps
Work with Security Team to Implement security policies, manage data retention, and handle data purges as required
Review logs, monitor system health, manage backups, and ensure optimal performance
Design and implement solutions, develop custom sites, and integrate SharePoint/Teams with other business systems
Creating new Teams, managing Team settings, and setting up meeting policies
Configuring document libraries, lists, and site templates
Troubleshooting login issues, call quality problems, or slow performance
Developing user guides for new features or processes
Performing data migrations from older systems to SharePoint Online
Qualification
Required
SharePoint: Site architecture, permissions, content types, workflows, search, and administration
Microsoft Teams: Meeting/call management, device management, calling policies, and tenant administration
Microsoft 365 (M365): Understanding related services like OneDrive, Azure AD, Power Platform
Technical Skills: PowerShell, security best practices, data migration, system monitoring
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, communication, collaboration, user training, and project support
A minimum of 2 years' experience administrating Sharepoint and Teams as listed above
