Responsibilities
Provide professional correspondence to owners, housing agencies, and syndicators
Perform accurate data entry
Maintain departmental documents
Assist with any additional department related items
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong email and telephone etiquette
Preferred
Property management experience (a plus, but not required)
