Responsibilities
Building and leading a team that continually maintains leading-edge expertise in AI, GenAI and Agentic AI transformation in HCLS
Counseling HCLS executive customers to explore the art of the possible with AI and to push the frontiers of innovation to achieve breakthrough outcomes
Collaborating with internal teams, including GenAI Innovation Center, Applied AI team, and the HCLS Sales team to innovate AWS solutions, services, accelerators, and demos to meet evolving customer needs
Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS AI, GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to achieve customer business outcomes (CBOs)
Driving large complex opportunities, either personally or through your team, from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and participate in the delivery
Acting as a thought leader and trusted advisor to customers and internal colleagues on industry AI, GenAI, Agentic AI trends and emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
7+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
3+ years of team leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
5+ years Professional services business development and/or technology sales experience
Preferred
Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR
Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional, GenAI Developer Professional) preferred
Deep understanding of AWS services, including Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Kiro, and compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences as part of pre-sales motion
Experience shaping large, complex AI, GenAI and Agentic AI transformation programs in HCLS
