Respond to inquiries with knowledge and care, helping customers find the right solutions
Handle order processing and data entry with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Assist with forecasting and replenishment, making sure our supply chain runs smoothly
Provide updates on shipment locations and keep our customers informed
Train new team members, sharing your expertise to help them succeed
Work efficiently to prevent delays and maintain our high standards
Qualification
Required
Bi-Lingual: Able to communicate (oral and in writing) in both English and French
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with MS Office applications like Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
A Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment but are also self-motivated and can excel with minimal supervision
Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with a practical mindset and find solutions that work
People-Oriented: You have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in fast-paced settings, and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service
Education: High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
Experience: Proven customer service experience, ideally in a call center or similar environment
