Part-time Bookkeeper
Capital Realty Group is a boutique, family-run real estate brokerage and property management firm with over 35 years of Bay Area experience. They are seeking a detail-oriented part-time bookkeeper to support the financial operations of their property management team, working closely with property managers to manage tenant accounts and ensure smooth processes.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain tenant ledgers in AppFolio, including setting up new accounts and keeping existing records current and accurate
Track and reconcile insurance payments across our residential and commercial portfolio
Handle move-in and move-out accounting — coordinating deposit tracking, final statements, and any charges or credits
Process vendor invoices and owner disbursements
Support property managers with payment discrepancies and tenant balance questions
Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with AppFolio (required)
Solid bookkeeping fundamentals — comfortable with AP/AR, reconciliation, and ledger management
Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
Good communicator — you'll be a key touchpoint between tenants, PMs, and ownership
Preferred
Experience in property management or real estate strongly preferred
