Responsibilities

Execute and monitor short-term cash deployment strategies within CFO-defined Tier 1 / Tier 1.5 frameworks
Maintain liquidity ladders, counterparty exposure tracking, and duration positioning
Coordinate with banks, custodians, and advisors
Support formation and ongoing management of Bahler Group’s single-parent captive
Coordinate with captive managers, actuaries, brokers, and legal advisors
Monitor loss experience and capital adequacy
Support underwriting and execution of real estate capital deployment (e.g., build-to-suit development)
Coordinate financial modeling and financing structures
Ensure execution consistency with CFO-defined policy
Prepare dashboards and executive summaries
